What we do
Kivu Listing puts property, land, and businesses in Rwanda in front of buyers and renters — at home and across the diaspora. Sellers pay us to advertise. That is the whole business model.
We are an advertising platform, not a broker or an agent. We are never a party to a transaction, we never hold anyone’s money, and money between a buyer and a seller never passes through us.
Why we built it
Buying land or a house from abroad is hard in a way that has little to do with money. Listings are scattered across WhatsApp groups and Facebook posts, prices are quoted in whichever currency suits the seller, photographs are recycled, and there is rarely a way to tell whether the person advertising a plot has any right to sell it.
So the things we treat as features are the boring ones: prices always in Rwandan francs, real photographs, a location you can place on a map, and a review step before a listing goes live.
How we make money
Sellers pay a fee to advertise, by plan. Some plans include boosted placement, which means those listings appear before others in search results — and when they do, we label them Featured · paid placement so you always know what you are looking at. Buyers pay nothing and never need an account to browse or to contact a seller.

Kivu Listing is a subsidiary of Kivu MS LLC. Currency of record is the Rwandan franc.
